Today I went into the city with my partner in crime (Brodie, my Boyfriend) and this was my outfit! I think that having a tartan/plaid or any kind of check skirt is a must have in your wardrobe. They are really versatile and easy to style for any occasion that may occur. Ether it is going out for dinner or running about doing jobs. I got my skirt from the lovely Samantha Middleton who made it for me (Thanks Sam !) but you can get them from anywhere, Op shops, higher end stores or even make then yourself. Underneath I'm wearing my lace bike pants which gives it an edger feel. I paired the two with a simple black crop and my Thomas Cook cowboy boots. What's your Staple piece of clothing?
